Matt joined FPC in 1997 and became president of the firm in 2016 Matt is responsible for executive level operations, sales, and program management positions

Matt joined FPC from the professional services firm, Ernst and Young He earned Accounting and MBA degrees from The University of Alabama and is a CPA

For the past four years, Matt has served on the Board of Advisors of Fortune Franchise Corporation

Rob has worked as a Recruiter with FPC since 1997 He specializes in placing Engineering, Quality and Continuous Improvement professionals with technology companies around the United States

Cynthia began her executive search career with FPC in 2020 after a long career in media sales She quickly became a top consultant and was rookie of the year in the FPC system

Cynthia works primarily with technology companies involved in defense, aerospace, and electronic products
