Brookstein Executive Recruiters

Brookstein Executive Recruiters is an executive search practice in Omaha, Nebraska. It concentrates on filling key leadership roles and works on the view that the strongest candidates are usually employed elsewhere and not looking to move.

What Brookstein Executive Recruiters offers

• Executive search — finding senior people who think strategically and have a record of profitable results.
• Direct sourcing — reaching between 150 and 300 people for each search by phone instead of posting adverts or using job boards.
• Candidate engagement — persuading suitable executives to consider a new opportunity and then seeing them through the move.

Who it works with

The firm caps its workload at 10 clients at once. It will not approach staff at any company it has worked for in the previous 24 months without permission from that company's senior leadership.
