Managing many schools at once

Atriuum includes district and diocesan management, so an organization with many school libraries can oversee them together. Because the system runs through a web browser, it does not need to be installed separately at each library.

Linked to school administration

AdminPlus, the school administration product, has a built-in export that prepares student, staff, section and course data for Apple School Manager. It can also generate a CSV file for upload to Microsoft's School Data Sync, a free Office 365 service that automates importing school data.

Through Clever, schools can keep learning software in step with the enrollment records held in the administration product, and each school controls what data is shared with each application. The vendor says this can save teachers and support staff hundreds of hours of data entry. TeacherPlus, its web gradebook, is certified against OneRoster 1.1, a standard for exchanging rosters, course materials and grades between systems.

Tuition and accounting partners

For tuition and billing, Rediker works directly with FACTS Tuition Management and TADS Tuition and Billing Management, each offering K-12 schools tools for collecting tuition and fees and projecting cash flow. Its own FINACS/AP Accounting program provides fund accounting for schools, with links between student demographic data and financial records.
