TalentWall

TalentWall is a pipeline management tool, now part of the Crosschq hiring platform, that plugs into a company's applicant tracking system. It turns candidate data into a live visual board so that recruiters and hiring managers look at the same picture of every open role. The listing places it in the United States.

What TalentWall offers

• Live pipeline wall — a board synced to the ATS that shows where each candidate stands, with colour coding to help sort priorities.
• Drag-and-drop actions — candidates can be moved on and managed from the board without opening the ATS itself, cutting down on clicks.
• Hiring plans and job workflows — tools to rank applications, order job priorities and build hiring plans.
• Recruiting metrics — reports on pipeline efficiency, time to hire and offer acceptance rate, showing where a process stalls.
• Meeting preparation — the shared view helps recruiters get ready for check-ins with hiring managers.

Who it works with

Recruiting teams and hiring managers at employers that already run an applicant tracking system and want more collaboration and transparency in hiring.
