Service Software

Service Software, LLC is a Colorado company, started in Denver in 1993, that built web-based management tools for homebuilders, restoration firms and contractors. Verisk bought it on 22 December 2017 and folded its products into Xactware, its property and restoration arm. Both the company domain and the old punchlistmanager.net address now carry Verisk branding.

• Builder integrations — Punchlist Manager connects to BuilderMT, Sales Simplicity, Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100C, Homefront, MarkSystems, Newstar, FAST and Tarion forms.
• Restoration Manager — turns program assignments received as Xactimate estimates into scheduled, budgeted and tracked restoration jobs.
• Inspection Manager — automates inspection and quality checks.

Who it works with

Its users are homebuilders, property restoration companies and contractors. Before the sale it counted more than 10,000 users at over 1,500 companies.
