Paradigm Software

Scale houses at waste and recycling sites are the market for Paradigm Software, a Maryland developer set up in 1991 that writes weighing and routing software. It is the exclusive licensor of the WeighStation suite, which records transactions at the scale and then handles invoicing, payments and regulatory reporting. Founder Phil Weglein leads the business.
