Sendcloud is a shipping platform for online retailers. It connects a web shop to parcel carriers so that merchants can create labels, choose a carrier, track parcels, manage returns and keep customers informed without doing each step by hand.

The company lists support for more than 170 carriers and over 100 integrations with shop platforms and marketplaces, including Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Magento and PrestaShop. Products include checkout delivery options, Pick and Pack fulfilment, branded tracking pages, returns management, shipping analytics, and AI tools for support and carrier claims.

Sendcloud says more than 30,000 e-commerce businesses in Europe use it, and it cites over 2,600 five-star reviews on Trustpilot. Its operating countries are Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom. Rosefield and World Wide Lighting appear as case studies.

Rates are not shown on its public pages: merchants create a free account to see them, and a 14-day free trial can be cancelled at any time. The company says three friends running an online shop founded it in 2012 after finding shipping complicated and costly. It reports more than 400 employees and offices in Eindhoven, Munich and Florence, with its headquarters at Stadhuisplein in Eindhoven.
