What the platform does

The AI Interviewer runs adaptive interviews with experts at scale and draws on earlier research and the customer's own context to sharpen its questions. A research agent answers questions with evidence from those interviews, a transcript library holds structured interviews across major end markets, and company and market signals track buyer behaviour and demand, with alerts when a signal changes. For teams that want to ask the questions themselves, the platform supports human-led calls and lets customers record calls or upload transcripts they already hold. It also offers simulated expert personas for testing decisions, workspaces for projects, and access through an API, an MCP connection and data feeds.
