HireVue

HireVue builds software that large employers use to screen, test and interview job applicants. Its platform joins recorded and live video interviews with job-related assessments and AI-run screening, and draws on more than 20 years of interview and assessment content.

What HireVue offers

• Match and Apply — a website chat agent that learns about applicants and steers them to suitable roles.
• AI Interviewer — screening interviews candidates can complete at any hour, with the evidence behind each recommendation.
• Assessments — skills tests, simulations and game-based tasks, plus an Assessment Builder.
• Video interviewing — recorded and live interviews with summaries and scores, and a co-pilot that takes notes in Zoom or Teams calls.
• Enterprise platform — scheduling, permissions, integrations, audit features and cheating mitigation.
