Recright

Recright is a recruitment software company from Finland that helps hiring teams make selection decisions on consistent evidence rather than gut feeling. Its intelligent selection platform sits alongside an existing applicant tracking system and adds structure at each stage, from role definition to the final choice. The site is published in English, Finnish and Swedish.

What Recright offers

• Role profiles and interview guides — clear criteria set up before the first interview, with AI help.
• Pre-screening (Tove) — competency-based screening of applicants against the same criteria.
• Video screening — applicants film their replies to fixed questions for later viewing.
• Guided interviews — live prompts help interviewers stick to the plan and take notes that can be compared.
• Decision support and analytics — side-by-side comparison, AI summaries and reports that show where the process slips.
• Light ATS — a simple applicant tracker, with integrations for existing systems.
