Fixlastmile

Fixlastmile, written FixLastMile by the company, is software for running a delivery business day to day. It replaces spreadsheets, phone calls and chat apps with one system that follows each job from the incoming order to confirmed completion.

What Fixlastmile offers

• Order intake — collects and organises incoming delivery work as volumes grow.
• Route planning and optimisation — builds efficient routes and adjusts them when plans change during the day.
• Dispatch and driver management — assigns jobs to drivers and coordinates them in the field.
• Tracking and proof of delivery — follows deliveries live and records confirmation at the door.
• Reporting and client visibility — shows what has been completed and what is still open, including for clients.

Who it works with

Courier companies in general, plus pharmacy delivery providers, medical courier services and operators handling deliveries for several clients.
