EstateMin is practice software built only for trust and estate work. It is aimed at law firms that handle estate planning, trust creation, probate and administration, and it gives each matter a defined process so any member of the team can pick up a file where a colleague left it. The company argues that general practice management tools do not cover the depth of this area of law, and positions its product as the specialist layer on top of them.

What it does

The platform keeps every estate matter in one place instead of spreadsheets and paper files. A centralised estate dashboard shows the full status of an estate on a single screen. A client portal handles smart intake: executors and family members complete their details and upload documents in a guided flow on their own time, and the information lands in the matter record.

An asset tracker updates asset values so everyone works from the same figures. A verified AI case review checks documents against the estate record and flags missing details before a court filing; the company describes it as cutting a check from about 30 minutes to about 30 seconds. Automatic generation of letters, revenue documents and court filings is listed as coming soon. EstateMin also lists solution pages for anti-money laundering, retaining firm knowledge and replacing spreadsheets.

The product syncs with Clio. The terms of service state that a Clio licence is required to use EstateMin, and that the integration exchanges subscriber data through Clio's API. The site says most firms are live within a day and that onboarding support is offered.
