Larridin raises $30M Series A to measure what enterprise AI returns
2 November 2026: Larridin, which sells companies a way to see what their AI tools cost and what their people and agents produce with them, says it has raised $30 million in a Series A led by Pelion Ventures. Its seed investors Andreessen Horowitz and Gradient Ventures came back, and GFT, W23, Thayer, DG Daiwa Ventures, Alumni Ventures and Cougar Capital are new.
Not yet independently verified. The customer figures and the engineering report are Larridin's own data and have not been checked by anyone else. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.
The round takes the South San Francisco company, founded in 2024, to $47 million raised in total. Larridin says the money will speed up product development and grow its teams.
Tying AI spend to output
Larridin connects three kinds of data that usually sit apart: which AI tools people adopt and how, what work comes out, and what it costs, down to the workflow. It says it has measured more than 2 billion AI sessions and followed more than 82,000 workflows end to end. Across its customers it reports a 47% average increase in measurable team output and a median of $2.4 million in AI spend optimised in the first year.
Two customer cases in the announcement show why it argues adoption counts mislead. At one company, 92% of engineers were active AI users, yet a single engineer accounted for roughly 65% of the team's AI spend in one week. At another, Larridin found a 66-fold difference in cost per shipped engineering change between two AI tools doing comparable work.
"Enterprise AI has moved quickly from innovation budget to financial accountability," said Russ Fradin, Larridin's chief executive. Jeff Kearl, general partner at Pelion, said the company ties "every dollar spent directly to measurable business outcomes".
Customers and a quarterly engineering report
Named customers include SurveyMonkey, Vertiv, Klaviyo, Gainsight, Globality, TigerConnect, EcoVadis and Sundt. Alongside the round, Larridin published the first of a quarterly series on AI's effect on engineering work, drawn from more than 1,000 engineers in its customer base. It finds that AI-assisted pull requests rose from 35% in April to 62% in September, while the median wait for a first human code review grew by 50% over the same months: more code is being written than teams can review at the old pace.
Where it fits
Larridin sits between three older categories: SaaS management, cloud cost control and developer analytics. Our catalogue lists 20 SaaS management products and 16 spend management products.
