Kutlerri.ai raises $4m to expand its AI agents for restaurants

30 September 2026: Kutlerri.ai, a company based in Stafford, Texas, has raised $4 million from Houston-based Narahari Investments to build out AI agents that help restaurants raise revenue and cut operating costs. The company says the money will go on the agent it already sells, on new products, and on a self-service application for smaller operators.

Not yet independently verified. Not yet independently verified. The round rests on a single release published through Fast Casual and credited to the company; Kutlerri's own blog does not carry the announcement, the stage and valuation are not stated, and the RASA result is the company's own figure. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.

What the money is for

Kutlerri says the funding will support three things. The first is the expansion of its catering agent. The second is the development of additional agents. The third is a mobile-first, self-service application aimed at smaller restaurant operators, who are not the customers of its present managed service. The company has not said when the application will ship, and it does not state a stage for the round or a valuation. Narahari Investments is the only investor named.

A catering agent paid by results

The first product is an AI Catering Sales Agent. According to the company, it handles inbound catering inquiries, proposals, follow-ups and order closing across phone, email, text, chat and web forms, and it also generates outbound business by finding companies near a restaurant's locations and contacting them about catering.

The commercial model is the unusual part. Kutlerri operates its agents as a managed service and charges on the revenue generated or the costs reduced, rather than a monthly software subscription. Its site puts it as paying for outcomes, not for software. Operators in major US markets already use the catering agent, the company says.

Its evidence is one customer. Kutlerri says the agent generated $450,000 of new catering revenue for the fast-casual group RASA over ten months, more than ten times what RASA paid for the service. That is the company's own figure, published in a case study on its blog, and the customer has not been quoted in the release.

The pipeline of further agents

Three more agents are in beta, according to the release. They cover third-party delivery sales, delivery marketing spend, and prime-cost optimisation, the last of which prices each menu item from what it costs to make. Two others are in development: one to move delivery customers onto a restaurant's own online ordering, and one for daily food preparation and waste control.

Kutlerri's site groups the agents under revenue expansion and cost control. The cost-control products are the more demanding to verify, because savings depend on a restaurant's own purchasing, menu and waste data, and the company has not published results for them.

Reading the claims

A pay-for-results structure shifts risk to the vendor, but it also means the baseline matters: what counts as new catering revenue, and who decides. A restaurant considering any agent sold this way should ask for the attribution rules in writing before the first invoice. The release does not say how Kutlerri measures them.

The announcement was published on 30 September, and the funding was reported by the trade site Fast Casual, which labels the company as its source.
