Duvo raises $32m Series A to run enterprise work with AI agents

14 October 2026: Duvo, the enterprise AI company started by Rohlik Group founder Tomáš Čupr, has raised a $32 million Series A led by Balderton Capital. Existing investors Index Ventures, Northzone and Credo Ventures also took part, and the company puts its total funding at $48 million.

A product born inside a grocery business

Duvo grew out of operational problems Čupr met while scaling Rohlik, the European online grocer he founded in 2014 and still runs as Group CEO. According to Tech.eu, he concluded that building the software inside a grocery company made no financial sense, so he set up a separate company in 2025. "Rohlik could never have financed it," he told the outlet. Rohlik has since become a Duvo customer.

Duvo says it has almost 60 employees, while Tech.eu puts the figure nearer 70. Its announcement carries a New York and London dateline.

How Duvo maps and then runs a process

Duvo calls its product an "Enterprise Execution OS". The first step is a tool called Duvo Clarity, which builds a picture of how work is really done from AI-led interviews, screen recordings and existing documents, including the exceptions nobody wrote down.

Agents then carry out the approved steps across ERP systems, supplier portals, spreadsheets and inboxes. They use APIs where those exist and ordinary user screens where they do not. Exceptions and decisions go to the accountable person, dashboards show what is waiting, and every approval and every change written back to company systems is recorded.

The platform does not tie a customer to one model. Companies can run open-weight models on dedicated GPUs, connect a model in their own cloud or on premises, or use an approved AI endpoint. Duvo lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001, and US companies can buy it through Microsoft's Azure Marketplace. It says a first process can go live within weeks.

The Notino result and the customer list

Named customers are Morrisons, Holland & Barrett, Boden, Notino and Allegro, and Tech.eu adds work in banking, insurance and energy. Duvo's one detailed figure comes from Notino: a quarterly reconciliation of about $45 million a year in supplier bonuses fell from 70 days to 15, and specialist time per cycle dropped from about 120 hours to under 10. Duvo also says it has delivered more than $100 million in annualised impact across finance, supply chain, commercial, customer care, marketing and HR.

Gordon MacPherson, Group Productivity Director at Morrisons, said: "Our business processes have evolved over decades, and Duvo gives us a way to understand them in detail, and quickly."

Retail first, then the US and beyond

The money pays for global expansion, beginning with retailers and consumer goods companies. Michael Green joins from Databricks, after a senior vice president role at Salesforce, to lead go to market. Spencer Insolia, formerly president of Kmart and a managing director at Accenture, becomes Managing Director for the US. Christoph Schwaiger, former CEO of ALDI SÜD Holding, joins as a senior advisor. Tech.eu adds that Duvo is exploring Asia and building ties with consulting firms.

Rob Moffat, Partner at Balderton Capital, said: "Our clients don't need more AI pilots. They need operations that actually change."

Čupr has framed the product against the common way of counting AI's value. "For a while I measured AI in heads, counting how many people an agent could replace," he said, adding that it is the wrong unit.
