German AI company that gives artificial intelligence a human face through avatar technology
Duvo
New· 4Duvo builds an enterprise execution platform in which AI agents carry out approved business processes across ERP systems, supplier portals, spreadsheets and inboxes.
TrustList summary
Duvo is an enterprise software company that describes its product as an "Enterprise Execution OS". It was founded in 2025 by the team behind Rohlik Group, the European online grocer, and is led by co-founder and CEO Tomáš Čupr, who also founded and runs Rohlik. On 14 October 2026 it announced a $32 million Series A.
What it does
Duvo starts by mapping how work is actually done. Its Duvo Clarity tool uses AI-led discovery interviews, screen recordings and existing documents to capture a process, including exceptions that were never written down. Agents then run the approved steps across ERP systems, supplier portals, spreadsheets and inboxes, using APIs where they exist and ordinary user screens where they do not. Exceptions and decisions go to the accountable person, operating dashboards show pending decisions, and every approval and every change written back to company systems is recorded.
The platform is model-agnostic. Customers can use open-weight models on dedicated GPUs, connect a model in their own cloud or on premises, or use an approved AI endpoint. Duvo says a first process can go live in weeks.
Who it serves
Duvo is expanding first among retailers and consumer goods companies. Named customers are Morrisons, Holland & Barrett, Boden, Notino and Allegro. It says it has delivered more than $100 million in annualised impact across finance, supply chain, commercial, customer care, marketing and HR, and that at Notino a quarterly reconciliation of about $45 million a year in supplier bonuses fell from 70 days to 15.
