CBS

CBS is management software for dry cleaning businesses, made by Cleaner Business Systems. It joins a point of sale, route handling and customer messaging in one system, and the company supplies hardware and support alongside it.

What CBS offers

• Point of sale — a till system for pricing, up-charges and staff management in a dry cleaning shop.
• Route and delivery management — turn-by-turn directions for drivers and simpler manifests.
• Messaging — customers are told when an order is ready, with manager alerts, employee alerts, automated reports and live route changes.
• Multi-store support — tools that extend beyond a single local shop, including customer support features.
• Support and demos — an in-house support team and customised demonstrations on request.

Who it works with

Dry cleaning businesses, from single shops to groups running several stores.
