Monica has over 25 years of professional experience in the fields of marketing and public relations in both tourism and cultural affairs A veteran of multiple international markets, she has worked in Canada, the U S and Mexico Fluent in both English and Spanish, Monica wields her experience as a former diplomat to guide Jesson in liaising effectively between the private and public sectors An analytical and strategic thinker, Monica brings her trademark laser-focus to Jesson and always delivers results

Nancy is a 30 year veteran of the travel industry where she worked predominantly in Sales and Marketing for tour operators (Fiesta Holidays and Thomson Vacations) Hotel Chains (Sandals Resorts and Radisson Resorts of the Bahamas) and Cruise Lines (Holland America and Windstar Cruises) Prior to joining Jesson and Company, Nancy was the Caribbean Tourism Organization’s Canadian representative until they closed their offices in December 2019
