D4 Group

D4 Group runs an offshore development centre in Ukraine that builds remote engineering teams for small and medium-sized companies. Clients can hire single engineers or larger teams and talk to them directly, without project managers or sales staff in between. It also takes on full product builds, including quick minimum viable products.

What D4 Group offers

• Dedicated development teams — remote Ukrainian engineers who join a client's own team and workflow.
• Web and mobile apps — custom apps, progressive web apps and responsive websites from full-stack developers.
• UI and UX design — interface design, animations, illustrations and interactive prototypes.
• MVP development — fast first versions of new products.
• AI and machine learning — specialist skills available within its teams.

Who it works with

It targets small and medium-sized businesses that want to extend their in-house teams. Candidates are interviewed by video so the client can check fit, and one case study is a CRM system for the hospitality sector.
