Bitontree

Bitontree is a software development company that has shifted its focus to AI systems running in production. It places senior AI engineers inside a client's sprint cycle to build agents, voice AI, document AI and workflow automation, and then keeps those systems working through monitoring, evaluation and guardrails. Before this, the firm built enterprise, web and mobile software.

Services

• AI agents and chatbots: customer-facing and internal bots for lead qualification, support and routing.
• Voice AI: outbound calling systems, such as nightly calls that confirm patients have taken their medication.
• Document AI: pipelines that read, extract and check invoice data into finance workflows.
• Retrieval and research AI: RAG systems, including automated research for legal teams.
• Workflow automation: linking AI into tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Software development: enterprise systems, web and mobile apps, APIs and legacy modernisation.

Customers and markets

Bitontree builds for healthcare, logistics, legal and SaaS businesses, and says it has served both large enterprises and venture-backed startups.
