A hotel & flights booking platform that helps luxury hoteliers take back control of their direct booking sales

Helping C-Breez transform their SaaS direct hotel and flights booking platform and redesign and build their marketing website – both UI and content

From their customer feedback and our initial user testing, we uncovered a number of frustrations where users struggled to book a hotel and flight package Using this feedback, analytics and following current UI and UX best practices, I created a one-page style checkout flow to help increase transactions on mobile and desktop

The leading Muslim dating and marriage app with over 7 million single Muslims looking for love

Over the last 3 years, the global pandemic has completely reshaped everyone’s digital lives; particularly the way in which we interact with and relate to others online Muzz’s latest venture enabled potential matches on their dating app to chat virtually before choosing to take things further

In this UX research and design study, I was tasked to complete this product design challenge to demonstrate my skills in solving complex UX problems

A complete brand refresh, marketing website and improved product user interface

i4C is an innovative and intuitive cashflow modelling software for financial advisors A spin-off startup from Epoch Financial Advisors, they required a brand and UX/UI consultant to redesign their logo identity, digital marketing and product user experience

As a brand and software UI design specialist, I helped clarify and elevate their brand and messaging, improved the user interface and increased engagement by 33% One year after the relaunch i4C was acquired by Intelliflo for twenty times the owners investment and has become the market leader in digital cashflow modelling

A quantitative political consultancy brand refresh and site UI redesign

I was approached by Martin Baxter, the founder and CEO of Electoral Calculus who specialises in applying advanced mathematical and computational techniques to polling and market research

The first step was a brand and UX workshop with Martin to help him redefine his visual brand style, re-organising his site structure, and align his site content as the expert consultant of MRP-style polling (multi-level regression and post-stratification) Then, created a new UI design system and responsive layout ready for development With a clear brand and a much-improved user experience, within six months of launching, he has doubled direct client commissions

From UX wireframes, clickable UI prototypes and user testing to MVP build and launch

Validify Access is a curated community platform for retailers and innovators to connect, build trust and speed up enterprise retail deals

I worked as the UX/UI consultant with the Validify team to create user stories, wireframes and clickable, high fidelity prototypes for user testing

After the  MVP launch we continued to refine the product and improve the user experience They are now regarded as the primary resource for retailers and vendors in digital transformation

KDS (AMEX GLOBAL BUSINESS TRAVEL)

Brand and UI/UX website and software redesign to bring inline with their marketing strategy KDS is a travel and expense management company based in Paris, France with offices in the UK, Europe, and expanding into North America I was asked as a brand and UX consultant to refresh their KDS brand identity as well as redesign their KDS Neo product, onboarding tool and the KDS travel and expense software user interface

The new brand and site launched along with the deployment of the booking UI with great success The impact to the business was demonstrated through clear design style guides and online brand portal to help the marketing and development team implement seamlessly Eighteen months from launch, KDS were acquired by American Express Global Business Travel

An e-commerce digital transformation and successful launch of all nine global storefronts

After the successful redesign and relaunch of their sites, I continued to managed the UX research team, conducted moderated and unmoderated user testing and developed prototype UI designs and high fidelity specifications Working with the digital product team, we setup test experiments across multiple language sites, helping to reduce user frustration and increase the AOV by 11% across all sites I also helped update and refine the Lovehoney logomark to make it read easier on screens

Website UI/UX redesign to raise brand awareness and drive traffic to their retailers

EX1 Cosmetics was created by British award winning biochemist Farah Naz to be the first mass market brand catering for olive skin with yellow undertones They required help with their customer journey and user interface design to raise brand awareness and credibility, drive traffic to their retailers and collect user data

The new site launched with great success and increased engagement with their ideal audience They have taken the beauty world by storm and is now one of the go-to brands for A-Listers, supermodels and pop stars alike
