Not yet independently verified. The launch date rests on the makers’ own Product Hunt post of 26 September 2026, the day the terms took effect; the JavaScript client library was first published four days earlier and the company blog has no posts yet. The terms name Eclatira Inc. and are governed by Ontario law, but give no address. No independent report of the product was found. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.

Eclatira is a platform for building conversational AI agents that talk with people by voice, text chat, camera and screen share, in the browser and over the phone, from Eclatira Inc. Its makers launched it on Product Hunt on 26 September 2026, the day its terms took effect; its JavaScript client library was first published four days earlier. An agent is given instructions, a voice and a first message, either in a plain-language builder or through a versioned REST API, then knowledge-base files, tools, MCP servers and webhooks it can call during a conversation; the site says it connects to more than 3,000 apps. Speech is handled voice to voice, and live camera or screen input runs in the same session at up to 30 frames a second within the same sub-800 ms latency budget, so an agent can read printed text, recognise a product or walk a user through a form on screen. It is deployed as an embed widget of two script tags, through the MIT-licensed @eclatira/realtime library inside a custom interface, or as outbound phone calls placed one at a time or in batches with a branded caller ID. The site names receptionist, answering-service, lead-qualification and customer-service uses. Prices on its own page are set in credits shared by voice and text, about 45 a voice minute and 25 a text message: Free at $0 (1,350 credits a month, two simultaneous calls); Solo at $35 a month (7,000 credits, eight calls); Starter at $270 (70,000 credits, 20 calls); Growth at $925 (305,000 credits, 50 calls); Scale at $1,850 (740,000 credits, 100 calls); Enterprise on request. Yearly billing gives two months free and top-ups start at $15. Data is stored in the United States on every plan. The terms, governed by Ontario law, give no service-level agreement outside Enterprise, label IVR and keypad navigation as beta, and make the customer responsible for caller consent and for disclosing that callers are speaking to an AI.
