In our most recent blog, we outlined the various benefits of our support and development agreements. As a follow on to this, we will now explore some client work and how they benefited from an ongoing partnership.

On the other hand, we can also provide help to clients who have no existing in-house team Let Alliance is one of the leading providers of tenant assessment and insurance products to the residential property lettings sector in the UK Let Alliance approached us needing help with an email processing system They did not have an internal team, only a designer We were able to establish great communication between our development team and the designer to ensure that the system was designed with his ideas in mind After developing the original system, Let Alliance signed a support and development agreement to continue our successful working relationship Our developers work alongside the internal marketing team at Let Alliance to maintain the email processing system and move their websites forward

Furthermore, our support and development agreements provide our clients with great flexibility We developed an app for Canugo which provides temporary drivers to anyone who needs them Canugo wished to react quicker to customer feedback in the first few months after the initial release, so we agreed to more frequent updates and resubmissions to the app stores Appt usually submit updates once a month, but we increased this to three times a month Canugo needed more work in the first few months while the app was finding its feet, and the flexibility provided by our agreements accommodated for this fluctuation in activity
