Vendor invoices can be mailed directly to us for fast processing Based on a schedule set by the client, the A2Go bookkeeper will send you an email report containing every open vendor invoice You’ll simply indicate which invoices to be paid and send the report back to us We will then process the selected invoices and set up the bill payment request in your financial file The checks will then be processed for the current week’s check run

Your A2Go bookkeeper can process payroll or make the entries necessary in recording third-party processed payroll Either way, the payroll entries will contain a complete record of employer taxes, gross wages, payroll expenses & liabilities, as well as quarterly & annual reconciliation of general ledger balance to payroll returns We may can also process and compile your quarterly and annual payroll reports while taking charge of making the needed tax deposits
