OUR PROCESS IS SIMPLE:

You started your business because you had a passion for what you do It’s time to love your work again… and take your time (& your life) back with an elite virtual assistant

We start with a phone call or Zoom meeting with our Sales Director to hear your needs and see if we’re a fit If we are, you’ll sign our service agreement

Next, you meet your Relationship Manager and we dive into what matters most to you – from work style to personality support – to ensure we pair you with the right assistant

Your Relationship Manager meets with our talent team to select a few of our top candidates to work with you Each candidate is interviewed individually to find your best match

You (and/or your team), your new assistant, and your Relationship Manager meet on Zoom for introductions, goal setting, and creating a communication plan This is where we really kick things off! Your Relationship Manager will be by your side for the first month to ensure you have all the tools & support you need and will continue to check in during your entire relationship with EVA

You’re up and running, and feeling fully supported Now, you can get back to doing what you do best, and let your Elite Virtual Assistant handle the rest!
