It was September 2018 when one of the founders and already professional IT Recruiter decided to create a place where companies can search for candidates and hire them remotely Few months later the company already has more than 400 employees, who work remotely from all over the world

In the following year, Distant Crew BETA was launched and the testing started We had our first candidates coming on the platform, and we’ve signed more than 20 clients We’ve noticed a big change in mid-2019 because of the pandemic situation worldwide Remote hiring was a global fact! After 1 year of testing and building the perfect business model, Distant Crew came to a moment where it needed a change and support from third pair of hands A strategic partnership with much more experienced entrepreneur was the perfect thing to do, as well as a pivoting to a much more reliable and wanted service

It was late December up to mid of January when we’ve met with Evgeni, already successful entrepreneur and owner of one of the most innovative software companies in Burgas, Bulgaria IT was the right moment and with his help the core team of Distant Crew was build

March 2021 Distant Crew’s team decided to launch the version 0 1 of Distant Crew and start onboarding clients who are ready to hire Remotely
