Syncrowin raises A$3m led by Collide Capital for industrial AI
The Melbourne start-up builds what it calls an AI operating system for energy and manufacturing sites. Hustle Fund, POV Ventures,…
Syncrowin is a Melbourne industrial AI company building an AI operating system that links the systems on energy and manufacturing sites to improve efficiency, reliability and output.
Syncrowin is an Australian industrial AI company headquartered in Melbourne, with a presence in San Francisco. It describes its product as an AI operating system for critical infrastructure. In October 2026 it announced an oversubscribed round of 3 million Australian dollars led by Collide Capital of New York.
The company's software connects the separate systems found on an industrial site so that they work together instead of in isolation. Its stated aims are to spot problems early, improve energy efficiency and productivity, and help sites meet their output targets. Its own pages place the technology in energy and renewables, oil and gas, and manufacturing, and the funding release says it is deployed across energy and manufacturing. No customers are named on its site. The money is earmarked for wider deployment in those sectors, work on the core technology roadmap, and growth of the AI and engineering teams in Australia and San Francisco.
Aisshwarya Kansakaar is co-founder and chief executive. She is an industrial operator who has worked at sites in Australia and Japan and was named 2025 Young Australian of the Year for Victoria. Jaideep Upadhyay is co-founder and chief technology officer, a mechanical engineer and named inventor on several patents. Other investors named in the round include Hustle Fund, POV Ventures, Co-Ventures and Ventari, plus angels who are former founders. The company has also won the DTECH 2026 Initiate pitch competition and was selected for a CSIRO accelerator programme.
