DataProphet

DataProphet is an industrial intelligence company that applies machine learning to manufacturing. It works from the data a plant already collects from its production equipment, and gives operators suggested process changes before faults and defects appear, rather than after.

What DataProphet offers

• Prescriptive process optimisation — AI-generated adjustments to process settings to lift quality and output.
• Defect and scrap reduction — automatic root-cause analysis of faults with actions operators can apply straight away.
• Asset management — guidance to reduce machine downtime and increase capacity.
• Resource and waste management — balancing full production with lower waste and better use of plant resources.
• Advisory services — help for manufacturers moving towards data-driven operations.

Who it works with

Manufacturers in complex industrial sectors. Client comments on its site describe work in foundries, from engine block processing to shot blasting.
