EltexSoft

EltexSoft is a Los Angeles software engineering studio that embeds senior developers in its clients' teams. Its site says the same people who interview clients go on to deliver the work, and that teams stay together for months or years. The firm has been working with retained teams since 2015.

What EltexSoft offers

• Team augmentation — one to five senior engineers added to a client's existing team, using the client's tools and process.
• Retained teams — a tech lead, developers and quality assurance who run sprints while the client sets direction.
• End-to-end delivery — the studio runs a project itself, with working software every two weeks.
• Code rescue — architecture reviews and rebuilds for products made quickly with AI coding assistants that no longer scale.
• Product work — mobile, web, payments, integrations, machine learning and AI features.

Who it works with

Start-ups, small and medium businesses and larger brands. Case studies include a sports operations platform, a content creation app for iOS and a claims portal for air passengers.
