Monthly Accounting Package (MAP)

Ideal for: Small business owners who appreciate a one-stop shop for all their accounting & finance needs and would like to get advise during the year

For a fixed monthly all-inclusive retainer fee, you get monthly bookkeeping, accounting, biweekly payroll, monthly reports, year-end returns (T2, HST and T4) as well as complimentary consulting hours

In short, you will always have a “go-to guy” for all accounting, finance and tax related advice and your Books will always be updated

Virtual/ Shared CFO (VCFO)

Ideal for: Medium sized businesses (typically those with revenue of more than $1 Million) and already have an in-house bookkeeper/ accountant

We, as VCFO, act as a bridge between in-house bookkeeper and other external stakeholders (bank, auditors etc ) Compared to Monthly Accounting Package, VCFO offers additional services (such as: budgeting & forecasting, liaison with external accountant for audit/ review engagement, dealing with banks etc)

In short, you will have a CFO (Chief Financial Officer) to oversee overall accounting & finance function of the business at the fraction of cost for a full-time CFO

Ideal for: Start-ups or micro-level business with no payroll

For a lump sum annual fee, you will get your annual returns (Corporate Tax, HST, T4/ T5 returns for owner) filed With 50% upfront payment, you will also get limited consultancy during the year and a “guaranteed spot” for tax filing during busy tax season

In short, you will have some consultancy (and guidance) available with peace of mind that your basic tax related compliance will be ensured at the end of fiscal year

Ideal for: Project based work You can book a free initial consultation to discuss scope of work, which will be followed by a Quotation sent to you Once you agree and make the payment, we will prepare, review and provide agree-upon deliverables within stipulated timeframe
