Tigris sells globally distributed, S3-compatible object storage billed per gigabyte, with free egress and several storage classes.
Tigris sells S3-compatible object storage that is distributed globally by default. All regions are reached through a single endpoint, and the service routes requests automatically, so customers set the region to auto rather than choosing one in their SDK or command-line tool.
Buyers can leave data in the default global location, where it moves toward the places it is accessed most, or choose a bucket location of single region, multi-region or dual region when data placement matters. Its documentation lists regions in the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific, among them Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Singapore and Tokyo. Storage classes are Standard, Infrequent Access, Archive and Archive Instant Retrieval, and object notifications are available. The company says pricing is the same across geographies, so a multi-region bucket in the United States costs the same as one in Europe.
According to its pricing page in October 2026, Standard storage is $0.02 per gigabyte per month, Infrequent Access $0.01 and the two archive classes $0.004, with egress free. Request charges apply and a free allowance of 5 GB of Standard storage is included.
