Vultr is the trading brand of The Constant Company, LLC, which its terms of service name as the contracting party. The terms are governed by New Jersey law, with arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida. Vultr sells cloud infrastructure to developers and businesses.
Its main product is Cloud Compute, self-service virtual machines with shared or dedicated CPU, billed by usage and deployable through a console, an API or Terraform.
