Jerry Letter Partner, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer Jerome “Jerry” Letter serves as a Partner, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Corner Ventures Prior to joining Corner, Jerry served on the global leadership team at Airbnb as Director of Operations and Finance He also served as the leader of Airbnb’s luxury business (Airbnb Luxe and Luxury Retreats) and prior to that the luxury business unit’s CFO and COO Previously, he served as Partner, Chief Financial Officer and an Investment Professional at InterMedia Partners, L P , where he led the execution of multiple buy/sell-side transactions and served on the boards of directors of multiple portfolio companies Prior to that, he was a co-founding executive and Vice President of Finance at the Yankees Entertainment & Sports Network (YES Network), the sports network home of the New York Yankees and before that, he held senior finance positions at Exodus Communications, Inc and GlobalCenter Inc in Silicon Valley He began his career at Arthur Andersen and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive)

Jerry received his MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University

Jane Mathieu serves as a Partner across all Corner Ventures and Corner Capital platforms

As a partner of a large family office, Jane has invested in, structured, and built large organizations across numerous fields (including real estate, renewables, infrastructure, and logistics) Jane previously served as Director and General Counsel for Green Lake Capital, leading one of the first Power Purchase Agreement Funds in the renewable energy space In addition to her investing acumen and legal expertise, Jane supports Corner’s portfolio companies through her extensive operational and advisory capabilities

Jane received her JD from Brooklyn Law School and her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles
