TeleHab Exercise Prescription Platform is a seamless remote rehab experience for both practitioner and client. Practitioners can build programs from a growing library of over 4,500 clinically reviewed videos including range of motion, hand therapy, pilates, strength and conditioning, and more. Uniquely clients can record themselves performing their exercise program on their phone. A practitioner can then review the videos remotely to keep clients accountable and track progress.
