Optimation Group

Optimation Group is a consultancy working across New Zealand and Australia. It helps public and private organisations use people and technology to handle complex change, covering strategy, processes and systems.

The group includes Optimation, Mentum Systems and Presto Resourcing. Its current pitch is digital transformation and AI work for regulated sectors, from a team that has worked inside them.

What Optimation Group offers

• Digital transformation — design, build and run services.
• Enterprise AI — projects tied to defined owners and outcomes.
• Resource augmentation — from added staff to full project responsibility.

Who it works with

Financial services, registration bodies and government, in both countries. The firm says transformations often stall when technology is picked before the problem is understood, so it starts from the outcome.
