IT Squad Outsourcing

IT Squad Outsourcing supplies outside IT staff to firms that cannot afford a full in-house team. It began as a sole trader and grew into a team. Its first maintenance and service contract dates from 2005.

What IT Squad Outsourcing offers

• Maintenance and service — regular upkeep plus call-outs, on site or remote.
• Audits and consulting — reviews of a client's IT setup.
• Networking — VPN, VoIP and IPv6 work.
• Servers and virtualisation — Windows Server, directory services, Exchange, SharePoint, IIS, SQL, VMware and Hyper-V, plus Linux administration.
• Purchasing — software and hardware procurement.

Who it works with

Small and medium-sized companies first, later larger firms in other cities. The team says it signs confidentiality clauses and that no client has ever left.
