Deep Core Data

Deep Core Data is an IT services company that chooses and installs hardware, software and networking systems for businesses. Before recommending anything, it looks at why a client wants a technology, who will use it and what those people actually need. It then puts the chosen system in place and keeps the client informed throughout.

What Deep Core Data offers

• Technology assessment — working out which hardware, software or network setup gives a client the most value.
• Implementation — installing and configuring the chosen systems in the open, with clear reporting.
• Problem solving — taking on difficult technical faults and tracing their root causes so related issues do not return.
• Long-term planning — preparing options ahead of time for needs a client may not yet have spotted.
• Urgent and flexible support — projects with tight turnaround times or irregular schedules.

Who it works with

The firm presents itself as an embedded part of a client's team rather than a distant outsourcer, aimed at organisations looking for lasting fixes.
