ICC Networks

ICC Networks supplies cloud-based telephony software to internet telephone service providers and their resellers, who sell it under their own brand. The company says its founders created it in 2005 after failing to find a comparable service. Its website now presents a hosted telephony platform branded Boom.

What ICC Networks offers

• Active SoftSwitch — its flagship carrier grade platform, delivered as software as a service with a service dashboard.
• A-Z termination — call termination that carries no lock-in.
• Virtual numbers — local numbers that can be activated in more than 80 countries.
• Unified communications — the Boom platform adds Microsoft Teams integration, call recording, queues and analytics.
