Filestage

Filestage makes online proofing software for managing the review and approval of creative and marketing work. Teams upload files, invite reviewers and set due dates, and the tool handles comments, versions and reminders. It is designed in particular for marketing and creative teams in regulated industries, where accuracy and a documented process matter.

What Filestage offers

• Review in context — reviewers click on a file to add comments and annotations, and can tag colleagues.
• Version tracking — files, versions, comments and approval decisions kept together in one place.
• Automated workflow — file sharing, reminders and status updates that move each review round along.
• Status overview — a quick view of which files are waiting for action.
• Supplier and agency reviews — a central place for outside partners to submit assets for feedback.

Who it works with

Filestage serves marketing and creative teams at brands and agencies, including companies in regulated fields; customer quotes come from Kärcher, Sartorius, B. Braun, Sharp and Sixt.
