Every (provided by Sandgate Systems Limited)

Every is a software product from Sandgate Systems Limited for the education sector. It covers HR management and compliance tasks, and the developer says it is built to reflect how schools and trusts really work.

What Every offers

• HR software — modules for staff records and processes, including absence tracking.
• Compliance software — tools for recording compliance activity in schools.
• Asset tracking — the vendor uses the platform to follow its own assets.
• Professional support — help from the vendor alongside the software.

Who it works with

Schools, multi-academy trusts and charities, from the smallest to the largest. A published case study describes a Lincolnshire trust of nine primary and secondary academies using the HR modules to bring its processes together.
