Big Radical

Big Radical is a partnership model for highly skilled freelancers and contractors, created by the agency Etch. Members stay their own bosses while joining a legal partnership that shares support services, perks and growth.

What Big Radical offers

• Partnership membership — a formal legal partnership rather than a networking club, entered by invitation.
• Business support services — help with the administrative sides of self-employment that members find hard.
• Benefits and perks — access to extras usually tied to employment.
• Community ecosystem — working alongside other experts and sharing in collective growth.
• The Big Radical Guide — a free guide to the model and to changes in self-employment.

Who it works with

It is aimed at highly skilled on-demand experts who want to keep their independence. All applications are considered, but places are limited.
