Acms UK

Acms UK, now operating as Assets & Compliance Managed Services, helps UK organisations keep their buildings compliant and manage their estates. Its assessors and surveyors carry out site work and record findings in VisionPro software, giving clients live access to their own compliance data rather than static reports.

What Acms UK offers

• Fire risk assessments — carried out by assessors using VisionPro and its mobile app.
• Legionella risk assessments — water safety assessments for buildings.
• Asbestos services — surveys, re-inspections, remedial work and asbestos management plans.
• Audits and asset tagging — site audits and tagging of building assets.
• Compliance software — VisionPro as an integrated workplace and asset management system with live reporting.
• Managed compliance — running a client's compliance programme or supporting its in-house team.

Who it works with

The business works with complex, multi-site organisations in healthcare, local government, education, housing and commercial property. Earlier material also names high street retailers, hospital trusts, universities, manufacturers and secure storage providers.
