ReputationStacker

ReputationStacker is review management software that helps businesses collect more online reviews from their customers. It sends each customer a one-question survey by email or text message, then guides them to the review sites the business cares about most.

What ReputationStacker offers

• Automated review requests — a one-question survey goes out by email and text, with reminders for customers who have not yet posted.
• Review site routing — satisfied customers are pointed to Google, Facebook and more than 100 other review platforms, while unhappy ones can be steered to a private route so the business can respond first.
• Review monitoring — incoming reviews are pulled into one dashboard where teams can reply, deal with negative feedback and assign follow-ups to colleagues.
• Sharing widgets — reviews can be shown on the business's own website and shared on social media.
• Reports — review data is turned into reports that can be scheduled to arrive by email, including location analytics.
