ReputationStacker

ReputationStacker makes reputation management software that asks customers for reviews automatically and gathers the results in one place. Built in the United States, it is meant for any size or type of business, from single small firms to retail and franchise groups.

What ReputationStacker offers

• Automated review requests — customers get a one-question survey by email and text, then are sent to the review sites the business cares about.
• Reminders — follow-up emails and texts go out automatically to lift the number of completed reviews.
• Review monitoring dashboard — reviews from Google, Facebook and more than 100 other sites are collected so staff can reply, deal with complaints and assign follow-ups.
• Review sharing — good reviews can be posted to social media or shown on the company's own website.
• Reports and location analytics — review data is turned into reports that point to where the customer experience can improve.
