TrustList summary

The Panamera 4 E-Hybrid is for the buyer who wants a long, fast four-door Porsche, plus the option to do short trips on electricity alone. It is the entry plug-in hybrid in a range that also includes the 4S, the Turbo and the Turbo S E-Hybrid, and the 2027 model year has all-wheel drive and an eight-speed PDK automatic gearbox. Sport Saloon and Executive bodies are offered.

Powertrain

A 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 produces 224 kW (304 PS). An electric motor adds 140 kW (190 PS) and 450 Nm, and the combined system output is 346 kW (470 PS). With the Sport Chrono package the car reaches 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds, and top speed is 280 km/h. Porsche lists 3.7 seconds for the 4S, 3.2 for the Turbo and 2.9 for the Turbo S. Driving modes let you choose between purely electric, the most efficient hybrid mode, or a sport setting.

Electric range and charging

The combined electric range is 80 to 89 km for the 4 E-Hybrid, 77 to 86 km for the 4S, 75 to 83 km for the Turbo and 76 to 80 km for the Turbo S. The lithium-ion battery has an energy capacity of 25.9 kWh, and the on-board AC charger accepts up to 11 kW. Weighted combined consumption for the 4 E-Hybrid is 3.8 to 3.0 litres of fuel per 100 km and 18.4 to 17.9 kWh per 100 km of electricity.

Chassis and cabin

Adaptive air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management is fitted to every Panamera. Porsche Active Ride is optional on the E-Hybrid models, and optional rear-axle steering reduces the turning circle at low speeds. The Executive body is 150 mm longer, adding rear legroom, and has four-zone climate control and a standard panorama roof. Matrix LED headlights are standard. Owners can use Porsche Connect and the My Porsche App to manage charging.
