Inbox Integration Limited

Inbox Integration Limited builds software that reads business emails and passes their contents into the systems where work is done. It uses machine learning and AI to extract information from incoming messages and attachments, with the aim of removing manual administration.

What Inbox Integration Limited offers

• Email-to-system integration — links received emails with accounting, job management, CRM, ERP and SAP platforms.
• Financial document handling — invoices, purchase orders, packing slips and supplier credits.
• Operational document handling — delivery notes, job orders, job requests, service orders and job variations.
• Automation — information goes straight into the client's operating and accounting systems.

Who it works with

Organisations that receive large volumes of supplier and job documents by email and want an enterprise-ready way to process them.
