1. Backup Security

We guarantee reliable storage of all backups that have been placed by customers in our BACKUPRENT cloud storage.

Service Performance Indicators (SLA):

• the availability and availability of services at least 99.99% per year;
• response to accidents:
  elimination of malfunctions or defects that critically affect the operation or availability of services - no more than 1 hour;
  troubleshooting that does not affect the operation or availability of services - up to 1 business day.

1. Confidentiality

All backups hosted in BACKUPRENT cloud storage are the property of the client who directly uploaded them to the storage for storage. To encrypt backups at the time of their creation, a reliable AES-256 encryption algorithm is used.

We guarantee each client complete confidentiality and do not disclose information about clients and about contractual relations with them in open sources, including the BACKUPRENT website.

BACKUPRENT cloud services do not store or process passwords that clients use to encrypt backups before placing them in BACKUPRENT cloud storage. If the client loses the password that he used to encrypt the backups, the BACKUPRENT support service will not be able to help with the decryption of the backups.
