Syscon

Syscon Justice Systems builds software that corrections agencies use to run their offender records and casework. Its main product, Elite, is an integrated case management system that covers corrections processes end to end, and the company backs it with its own project and support team for agencies in several countries.

What Syscon offers

• Elite offender management system — case management spanning corrections work from intake through supervision, delivered as one integrated tool.
• Data and analytics — reporting and insight features meant to help agencies base decisions on their own data.
• Implementation and project management — business analysis, software rollout and project oversight for client agencies.
• Training and technical support — staff training and ongoing help once the system is live.
• Additional modules — the firm released a COVID-19 protocol module in 2020.

Who it works with

Syscon serves prisons, county jails and community supervision agencies, and says large, busy and complex corrections agencies rely on its system.
