PTS Solutions

PTS Solutions develops software for public safety agencies in the United States, covering dispatch, law enforcement records, corrections and asset tracking. Its products are aimed chiefly at small and mid-sized agencies, though the company says they can also handle larger operations.

What PTS Solutions does

• Computer-aided dispatch (CAD): dispatch and event management for 911 centres and police services.
• Records management (RMS): incident reporting for law enforcement, including arrests, citations and evidence.
• Jail and offender management: from simple booking and release up to full corrections management, with mugshots and warrants included.
• Mobile NCIC queries: checks for criminal warrants, stolen property and missing persons run from phones, tablets or laptops.
• Asset management (AMS): one place to track employees, fleet vehicles, inventory and training records.

Customers and markets

PTS focuses on small to mid-size police, dispatch and corrections agencies. It lets each agency choose between a cloud SaaS service, local hosting or a system the agency maintains itself.
