Score My Reviews

Score My Reviews is a US review management system that makes it easier for businesses to ask customers for reviews and keep track of them. Staff add a customer's details and the software handles the request, the reminders and the route to the chosen review site.

What Score My Reviews offers

• Review requests: staff enter a customer's name, email or mobile number from any device, and the system sends an email, a text or both.
• Automatic follow-ups: further emails go out if the customer does not respond at first.
• Direct links to review sites: customers are taken straight to Google, Facebook or another chosen site, with the review box ready to fill in.
• Private feedback route: customers reporting a poor experience can be sent to a private form instead, giving the business a chance to fix the issue.
• Review monitoring and display: tracks reviews across sites and lets the business show positive ones on its own website.

Who it serves

It is aimed at businesses that rely on online reviews to win customers and want more genuine feedback without adding staff.
